Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold in vanilla and peppermint extract.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Pour cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
