Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Crushed peppermint candies for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold in vanilla and peppermint extract.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  5. Pour cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
