Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the toffee bits and chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, scoop and serve your delicious no-churn ice cream!
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Feel free to add nuts or other mix-ins as desired.
