Description

A simple and delicious no-churn ice cream recipe featuring toffee and chocolate for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in the toffee bits and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
  7. Once frozen, scoop and serve your delicious no-churn ice cream!
