Description

One Pan Balsamic Chicken is a simple and delicious dish that combines tender chicken with a tangy balsamic glaze, all cooked in one pan for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a large oven-safe skillet and pour the balsamic mixture over them.
  4. Cook on medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the balsamic mixture for a few hours before cooking.
  • Serve with steamed vegetables or over rice for a complete meal.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
