Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large oven-safe skillet and pour the balsamic mixture over them.
- Cook on medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned.
