Description
Deliciously addictive bites combining Oreo cookies and creamy cheesecake, perfect for sharing or indulging.
Ingredients
- 16 Oreos
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Oreo cookie crumbs
- Optional: whipped cream and more crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a cupcake pan with 16 paper liners and place one Oreo cookie in each liner.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Sprinkle in the Oreo cookie crumbs and fold in with a spatula until combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly on top of the Oreo cookies, about two tablespoons per cup.
- Sprinkle each cheesecake with more Oreo cookie crumbs.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes or until the middles are set.
- Let cool for at least 30 minutes and remove paper wrappers.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve, ideally for 2 hours.
- Optional: top with whipped cream and more crushed Oreos before serving.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for up to four days.
