Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. One at a time, add the eggs to the mixture, ensuring each is fully incorporated before the next.
  5. Add the pineapple juice and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined—don’t overmix!
  7. Transfer your batter to the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top.
  8. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
