Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides to create boats.
