Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides to create boats.
- Place the zucchini boats on a baking sheet.
- Spread marinara sauce inside each zucchini boat.
- Fill with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the zucchinis are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
