Description
Protein Popsicles are a healthy and delicious frozen treat packed with protein, perfect for cooling down on a hot day.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Add the mixed berries and gently fold them into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
- Enjoy your healthy protein popsicles!
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the berries with your favorite fruits.
- For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
