Description

Protein Popsicles are a healthy and delicious frozen treat packed with protein, perfect for cooling down on a hot day.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the mixed berries and gently fold them into the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  6. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  7. Enjoy your healthy protein popsicles!

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute the berries with your favorite fruits.
  • For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
