Ingredients
- 1 package of ravioli (about 12 oz)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the ravioli according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add cherry tomatoes, dried basil, and oregano; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the ravioli and add it to the skillet; toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to use any type of ravioli you prefer.
- For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream or a dollop of ricotta cheese.
