Description

A delicious and easy-to-make ravioli dish featuring fresh tomatoes, asparagus, garlic, and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of ravioli (about 12 oz)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes, dried basil, and oregano; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drain the ravioli and add it to the skillet; toss to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
