1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) Experiment with different types of milk for unique flavors.
1–2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice Adjust sweetness to taste; maple syrup or agave can be vegan options.

Preparation
Prepare the strawberries: Start by washing and hulling the strawberries. Slice them and set aside.
Blend strawberries: In a blender, add the sliced strawberries and blend until smooth. You might want to add a little water for easier blending.
Prepare matcha: In a separate bowl, whisk together matcha powder and a splash of warm water until smooth and well combined to prevent clumps.
Combine ingredients: Add the matcha mixture into the blender with the pureed strawberries. Pour in your milk of choice and sweetener. Blend until everything is well combined and creamy.
Serve: Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the strawberry matcha mixture over the ice. Optionally, garnish with additional strawberry slices or a sprinkle of matcha.
Notes
This latte is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a day. Shake or stir before consuming as ingredients may separate.
