Ingredients
- 1 can (14.75 oz) of salmon, drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained salmon, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For a healthier option, bake the patties in the oven at 375°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
