  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add the beef strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
