Ingredients
- 1 lb Angus steak
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the Angus steak in soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated steak.
- Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
