Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Angus steak
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Angus steak in soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated steak.
  3. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  4. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
