2 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons

8 oz (225 g) cremini or white button mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

Heat the olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they release their moisture and begin to brown.

Stir in the zucchini and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender but still slightly crisp.
