Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
