  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups of cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the curry powder, soy sauce, and coconut milk.
