Description
Spiked Thai Iced Coffee is a unique and refreshing beverage that combines strong coffee with coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and a hint of whiskey, topped with a layer of Thai tea for an exotic twist.
Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed strong coffee (cooled)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon Thai tea mix
- 1 ounce whiskey (or your preferred liquor)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Ice cubes
- Crushed ice for serving
Instructions
- Brew the coffee strong and allow it to cool.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the Thai tea mix with a little hot water to dissolve. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the cooled coffee, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, whiskey, and ground cardamom.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake well for about 20 seconds to chill the mixture.
- Strain the coffee mixture over a glass filled with crushed ice.
- Pour the dissolved Thai tea on top for that layered effect.
- Stir lightly to combine and enjoy the spiked Thai iced coffee!
