Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet (skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Scallions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to create a thick glaze.
- Toss the salmon cubes in the glaze, ensuring they are well coated.
- Arrange salmon pieces on the baking sheet, leaving space for even cooking. Bake for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway through.
- If desired, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for a sticky finish.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped scallions, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra spice, adjust red pepper flakes to taste. This recipe can be adjusted for gluten-free diets by using coconut aminos.
