Ingredients
- 1 bag (26 oz) frozen meatballs (about 30–35 meatballs)
- 2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place the frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Make the Gravy Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Combine in Slow Cooker: Pour gravy mixture over the meatballs and stir gently to coat.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until meatballs are heated through and tender.
- Thicken the Gravy: In the last 30 minutes, mix cornstarch and cold water in a bowl, then add to the slow cooker and stir to thicken gravy.
- Serve: Serve the Salisbury steak meatballs over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
Notes
