3–4 large sweet onions (Vidalia or yellow), sliced into ¼-inch rings
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
