  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
