Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dill pickle juice (optional but recommended)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika (smoked or regular)
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.

Whisk thoroughly until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before using for best flavor.
Notes

For a lighter version, use light mayo or plain Greek yogurt.

For extra heat, add more cayenne or a splash of hot sauce.
