- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Squeeze excess water from the grated cucumber using a cheesecloth or paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, chopped mint, and lemon juice.
- Stir in the olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
