A refreshing and easy recipe for homemade watermelon popsicles, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
- 4 cups of watermelon, cubed
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1–2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.
- Add lime juice and honey/agave syrup, and blend again until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding mint leaves before blending.
- These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
