Description

A refreshing and easy recipe for homemade watermelon popsicles, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups of watermelon, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1–2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add lime juice and honey/agave syrup, and blend again until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding mint leaves before blending.
  • These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
