Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup cream cheese

Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
